From a collector’s view, the Mark 2 Volante is the ultimate DB6. Only 36 handful of these cars were made and some included the performance benefits of the Vantage with its 325bhp, triple Weber equipped engine with open air motoring. The DB6 Volante was first released at the 1966 London Motor Show, but was only offered in Vantage specification on the Mark 2 model from 1969 onwards.
